When was MedAssets founded?
- MedAssets, Inc. was founded in June 1999 by John Bardis, the Company's Chairman, President and CEO. We are headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, approximately 25 minutes north of downtown Atlanta.

When did MedAssets become a public company?
- MedAssets' initial public offering (IPO) commenced on December 12, 2007, with the Company offering approximately 15.3 million shares at a price of $16.00 per common share. The stock began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Stock market on December 13th, and the IPO was formally completed on December 18, 2007.
