We have adopted a code of business conduct and ethics for our directors, officers, employees and business partners, known as the Standards of Business Conduct. Our Standards, in conjunction with our Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws and Board Committee Charters, form the framework for governance of MedAssets. We will post on this website any amendments to or waivers of the Standards of Business Conduct for our directors and executive officers.
